What we store, only if you save a meter
- Your DanixSoft account email (the same sign-in for every DanixSoft product).
- For each meter: the company, the reference or account number (encrypted; lists show only the last four digits), a nickname and your reminder days.
- Bill facts you add: month, units, amount, amount after due date, due date and whether you marked it paid.
- Whether you want email reminders, and your language.
What we never store
- Names, addresses, CNIC or phone numbers from bills.
- Passwords to any company, bank or wallet.
- Reference numbers in page addresses, logs or analytics.
Checking a bill without an account
The number you type stays in your browser. It is not sent to Bill Ghar unless you choose to save the meter.
Analytics
DanixSoft’s own cookieless page counts, with coarse events (which company, which calculator range). No third-party trackers, never a number or amount.
Your data
Settings → Your data lets you download everything as CSV or delete it. To delete the shared DanixSoft account itself, email privacy@danixsoft.com.
